Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení kvality výživy dospělých zástupců vyznávajících vybrané alternativní způsoby stravování, konkrétně vegetariánství. Výzkum je prováděn formou dotazníkového šetření a prospektivních záznamů stravy. Práce je tvořena z několik částí, přičemž první z nich popisuje teoretická východiska alternativních způsobů stravování. Další část stanovuje cíle práce a výzkumné otázky a spolu s metodikou definují parametry výzkumu. Stěžejní kapitolou jsou výsledky, kde jsou detailně rozebrány záznamy stravy a odpovědi z dotazníkového šetření jednotlivých respondentů. Následující diskuze porovnává zjištěné výsledky s odbornou literaturou a dalšími zdroji. Na závěr jsou v poslední části práce shrnuty nejpodstatnější poznatky zodpovídající stanovené výzkumné otázky a cíle. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the quality of nutrition of adult representatives in alternative ways of eating, namely vegetarianism. Research is conducted through questionnaire surveys and prospective dietary entries. The thesis is composed of several parts. The first describes the theoretical points for alternative ways of eating. The next part defines the objectives of thesis and the research questions and together with the methodology define the parameters of the research. The core chapter consists of results where the dietary entries and answers from the questionnaire survey of individual respondents are analyzed in detail. The following discussion compares the results with literature and other resources. Finally, in the last part of thesis are summarized the most important conclusions corresponding to the stated resereaach questions and objectives.
