GlcNAc8 byl identifikován jako specifický ligand pro isoformu A potkaního NKR-P1 receptoru. U efektorových buněk spouští Gq/11 dráhu G-proteinové signalizace a vyvoláva následné změny v nádorovém mikroprostředí GlcNAc8 glycodendrimer is a specific ligand of rat NKR-P1A receptor isoform. In effector cells triggers the Gq/11 protein-mediated signaling pathway, and induces subsequent changes in tumor microenvironment
