Polymeric conjugate based on HPMA containing cytotoxic drug (doxorubicin) and human “non-specific” immunoglobulin has a significant anti-tumour effect and does not impair immune functions of the host. C57BL/6 mice with EL-4 lymphoma, when completely cured with the conjugate, were protected against the same tumour due to a specific anti-tumour immune reaction Polymerní konjugát na bázi HPMA s doxorubicinem a normálním lidským imunoglobulinem má významný protinádorový účinek. U myší C57BL/6 může úplně vyléčit syngenní lymfom EL-4. Léčba pravděpodobné přispívá ke stimulaci imunokompetentních buněk, takže vyléčení jedinci jsou po léčbě chráněni proti nádoru specifickou imunitní reakcí
