[cze][eng] V bakalářské práci je zpracováno téma klimatu školní třídy vybrané střední školy. Cílem teoretické části je definovat pojem klima školní třídy, klasifikovat spolutvůrce klimatu školní třídy, současné přístupy ke zkoumání klimatu školní třídy, charakterizovat diagnostikování klimatu školní třídy, nastínit využití výsledků této diagnostiky, zmapovat a analyzovat zrealizované výzkumy k danému tématu. Metodami použitými pro zpracování teoretické části je studium odborných zdrojů, tvorba výpisků, analýza, syntéza, komparace a dedukce teoretických poznatků z odborných zdrojů. Cílem praktické části je zjistit charakteristiku klimatu školní třídy ve vybrané střední škole. Průzkumné šetření má charakter smíšeného designu, využitím metod kvantitativního i kvalitativního přístupu. Použita byla metoda dotazování. Nástroji sběru dat byly standardizovaný dotazník, sociometrický test a standardizovaný rozhovor. Respondenty průzkumného šetření byli žáci 3. ročníku a jejich třídní učitelka ze střední odborné školy v Hustopečích. Data z dotazníku byla zpracována za využití popisné statistiky, data ze sociometrického testu byla zpracována za využití sociometrické matice a sociogramu, data z řízeného rozhovoru byla zpracována za využití transkripce do textové podoby, kódování a analýzy.The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of a classroom climate at a selected secondary school. The aim of the theoretical part is to define the concept of the classroom climate, to classify the classroom climate co-creators as well as current approaches to studying the classroom climate, to characterize diagnosing the classroom climate, to outline possible application of results of this diagnosis and to map out and analyze researches on the topic that have already been carried out. Methods used for writing of the theoretical part was studying expert sources, making excerpts as well as doing analysis, synthesis, comparison and deduction of theoretical findings from the expert sources. The aim of the practical part is to characterise the classroom climate at a selected secondary school. The survey is of a mixed design using both quantitave and qualitative approach. The method of questioning was used. The data collection tool was a standardised questionnaire, sociometric test and standardised interview. Students of the third grade and their class teacher from the vocational school in Hustopeče were respondents of the survey. The data from the questionnaire were processed using descriptive statistics, the data from the sociometric test were processed using a sociometric matrix and a sociogram and the data from the structured interview were processed using transcription to a text format, coding and analysis.
