Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat nabídku a poptávku po argentinské gastronomii v Praze a zhodnotit jejich vzájemný vztah. Teoretická část práce se zabývá základními pojmy a jejich definicemi, které tvoří východiska pro část praktickou. První kapitola vysvětluje význam cestovního ruchu, stravovacích služeb a gastronomie. Druhá kapitola je věnována samotné argentinské gastronomii, typickým surovinám, tradičním pokrmům a také stravovacím zvyklostem. Praktická část obsahuje 3 kapitoly a zahrnuje analýzu nabídky, poptávky a závěrečnou interpretaci výsledků z obou analýz. V rámci analýzy nabídky byl ve 4 argentinských restauracích proveden mystery shopping, na základě něhož jsou restaurační zařízení v práci porovnána. Pro analýzu poptávky po argentinské gastronomii v Praze bylo využito vlastního dotazníkového šetření. V závěrečné kapitole jsou shrnuty předchozí poznatky a také jsou zde nastíněna možná doporučení jednotlivým restauracím. The main focus of this bachelor´s thesis is to analyse the Argentinian gastronomy supply and demand in Prague, and to evaluate their mutual relationship. The theoretical part deals with basic terms and their definitions that provide a background for the practical part. The first chapter explains the importance of tourism, food-beverage services and gastronomy. The second chapter is devoted to the Argentinian gastronomy itself, its typical ingredients, traditional dishes and eating habits as well. The practical part of the thesis contains 3 chapters and it consists in analysing the "supply and demand" and in listing the final results from both analysis. Within the analysis of supply, the mystery shopping was made in 4 different Argentinian restaurants. Based on the results of the mystery shopping, the restaurants were compared. The demand for Argentinian gastronomy in Prague was analysed by own survey .The final chapter of the thesis sums-up the previously mentioned findings and it outlines recommendations and suggestions for particular restaurants.
