Bakalárska práca je zameraná na ocenenie preferenčného akciového titulu BMW pri očistení od hospodárskych cyklov v ziskovosti. V dvoch kapitolách je spoločnosť podrobená analýze zo strany hlavných geografických segmentov a zo strany ziskovosti spoločne s faktormi naň pôsobiacimi. Analýza hlavných geografických segmentov skúma momentálnu situáciu trhov a postavenie spoločnosti na každom z nich. Analýza ziskovosti sa zameriava na samotné zisky spoločnosti, ich čiastočnú úpravu, a faktory ktoré ziskovosť významne ovplyvňujú. Cieľom tretej kapitoly je očistenie ziskovosti spoločnosti od cyklov a zistenie hodnoty spoločnosti s využitím očistenej ziskovosti a oceňovacej metódy Súčet-častí. Na konci celej práce je formulovaná komparácia medzi tržnou cenou a nami stanovenou hodnotou preferenčnej akcie spoločnosti BMW. Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na ocenění preferenčního akciového titulu BMW při očistění od hospodářských cyklů v ziskovosti. Ve dvou kapitolách je společnost podrobena analýze ze strany hlavních geografických segmentů a ze strany ziskovosti společně s faktorii na ni působícími. Analýza hlavních geografických segmentu zkoumá momentální situaci trhů a postavení společnosti na každém z nich. Analýza ziskovosti se zaměřuje na samotné zisky společnosti, jejich částeční úpravu, a faktory které ziskovost významně ovlivňují. Cílem třetí kapitoly je očistění ziskovosti společnosti od cyklů a zjištění hodnoty společnosti s využitím očistěné ziskovosti a oceňovací metody Součet-častí. Na konci celé práce je formulovaná komparace mezi tržní cenou a námi stanovenou hodnotou preferenční akcie společnosti BMW. The bachelor thesis is focused on the valuation of preferred stock title BMW with normalization of profitability from business cycles. In first two chapters, the company is subjected to the analysis from the point of its main geographic segments as well as the point of its profitability, together with factors influencing the earnings. The analysis of the main geographic segments scrutinizes the contemporary situation of these markets and the position of the company on each of them. The analysis of profitability is aimed on very earnings of the company, on the partial adjustment of these earnings and on the identification of crucial aspects that affect the profitability. The whole purpose of the third chapter is the normalization of profitability in order to isolate the real profitability from the one affected by the business cycles and the valuation of the company with utilizing the normalized profitability and the Sum-of-the-parts valuation method. At the end of the whole thesis the comparison between the market price and the intrinsic value of preferred stock is formulated.
