Práce se zabývá návrhem řešení pro rozvoj a zpeněžení projektu jménem Non La. Jedná se o projekt, který se snaží naučit vařit vietnamská jídla. Hlavním cílem práce je podnikový plán a finanční plán, který by měl poskytnout náhled na návrhy řešení a zpeněžení projektu. Teoretická část je věnovaná výkladu o podnikatelském plánu, lean startup metodě, marketingu na internetu a sociálních sítí. Praktická část se skládá z businessového plánu, finančního plánu a IT řešení. V závěru práce zhodnotím dosažené cíle a přínos práce. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose a solution for expansion and monetizing project called Non La. It is a project, that is teaching interested how to cook traditional Vietnamese dishes. The solution will be presented via a business plan and financial plan. The theory part of the bachelor thesis is explaning what is a business plan, financial plan, lean startup approach, marketing on internet, social network, CPM and PPC campaign on Facebook, because they will the main marketing tool for the project. As for the practice part, it will consist of a business plan, financial plan and IT solutions. At the end of the work, there will be a chapter refering to the contribution of the thesis, whether it reached its goals.
