Diplomová práce se zabývá komparací zdanění firem v České republice, Rakousku a Spolkové republice Německo. Je zaměřena zejména na daň z příjmů právnických osob a její konstrukční prvky. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s odlišnostmi při stanovení daně z příjmů u zvolených zemí a zhodnotit daňovou konkurenci mezi těmito státy. První část je věnována základním pojmům a představení zákonné úpravy daně z příjmů v České republice, Rakousku a Spolkové republice Německo. Následující část diplomové práce se zabývá komparací prvků daně z příjmů právnických osob a vyzdvižením odlišností v jednotlivých zemích a následným výpočtem daňové povinnosti u modelové společnosti. The diploma thesis is focused on comparison of company tax in Czech Republic, Austria and Germany. It is deeply focused on corporate income tax of the legal entity and its construction parts. The aim of the work is to acquaint the reader with differences during setting the tax amount at mentioned countries and evaluate tax competition between countries as mentioned above. First part of this thesis is focused on basic concepts and introduction of statutory income tax treatment in the Czech Republic, Austria and Germany. Next section of this thesis is focused on comparing elements of the corporation tax with highlighting country differences and calculation of the income tax at a sample company.
