Předmětem výzkumu Bakalářská práce jsou organizační aspekty optimalizace systému řízení podniku ve volné ekonomické zóně a na příkladu Akciová společnost Letovisek na Severním Kavkaze. cíl práce je formulace doporučení na zlepšení systému řízení firmy ve volné ekonomické zóně a na příkladu akciová společnost Lázně na Severním Kavkaze. Akciová společnost Letovisek na Severním Kavkaze STIG Lázně na Severním Kavkaze vytvořeno 14. října 2010 pro vedení turisticko-rekreační zvláštní ekonomické zóny ve složení turistického klastru v Severo-Kavkaze federální okruh. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na čtyři části. V první části je popsán význam práce, její cíle, úkoly a metody výzkumu. Druhá část je věnována základní hře-teoretický způsob právní aspekty řízení podniku ve volné ekonomické zóně. Třetí část nese analýza řízení akciová společnost Letovisek na Severním Kavkaze ve volné ekonomické zóně, také v této části jsou navrženy doporučení na zlepšení systému řízení akciová společnost Lázně na Severním Kavkaze. V poslední kapitole jsou obsaženy výsledky celé práce. The subject of the research of bachelor's work are the organizational aspects of optimization of the enterprise management system in the free economic zone on the example of the joint-stock company Resorts of the North Caucasus. The purpose of the work is to formulate recommendations for improving the enterprise management system in the free economic zone by the example of JSC Resorts of the North Caucasus. The joint-stock company Resorts of the North Caucasus JSC RNC was established in October 14, 2010 to manage tourist and recreational special economic zones as part of a tourist cluster in the North Caucasus Federal District. Bachelor's work is divided into four parts. The first part describes the relevance of the work, its purpose, objectives and methods of research. The second part is devoted to the main theoretical and legal aspects of enterprise management in the free economic zone. The third part carries an analysis of the management of the joint-stock company Resorts of the North Caucasus in the free economic zone, and in this part recommendations have been developed on improving the management system of JSC Resorts of the North Caucasus. The last chapter contains the results of all the work.
