Práce se zabývá vývojem a strukturou státního dluhu v České republice. Popisuje proces jeho řízení i z pohledu institucionálního uspořádání a finančních instrumentů a srovnává jej s přístupy ke státnímu dluhu na Slovensku, Polsku a v Maďarsku. Nejdříve jsou odděleně analyzovány situace v jednotlivých zemích, přičemž největší část je věnována České republice, a až následně je provedena komparace zjištěných poznatků o českém dluhu s ostatními zeměmi Visegrádské čtyřky. This thesis deals with the development and structure of Czech Government Debt in comparison with other countries of Visegrad group. In the first part, there is a description of debt management, the institutional arrangement and financial instruments. In the second part, there is a comparison with Government Debts of Slovakia, Poland and Hungary.
