Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zapojení zahraničních aktérů do situace v Afghánistánu během občanské války mezi lety 1992 a 1996 a jejich vlivem na vznik hnutí Tálibán. Toto téma nelze vyjmout z historického kontextu a zpracovat ho samostatně jako ohraničený historický úsek. Provázanost událostí od začátku sovětské invaze v roce 1979 je tak vysoká, že nemůže být opomenut ani sovětsko-afghánský konflikt, ani následná etapa vlády prezidenta Nadžíbulláha. Zapojení zahraničních aktéru se v čase vyvíjelo a nezačalo přesně v roce 1992, stejně jako neskončilo přesně v roce 1996. Z toho důvodu je období jak sovětské okupace, tak Nadžíbulláhovy vlády do práce také zahrnuto, a to s akcentem na míru a podobu zapojení zahraničních aktérů. Hlavní část práce zkoumá deset klíčových států, které se do afghánské situace zapojily - Pákistán, Írán, Turkmenistán, Uzbekistán, Tádžikistán, Čínu, Spojené státy americké, Ruskou federaci, Saúdskou Arábii a Indii. Metodologicky je práce pojata jako analýza sekundární literatury s cílem zodpovědět výzkumnou otázku "Kteří vnější aktéři hráli roli ve vzniku hnutí Tálibán mezi lety 1992 a 1996, jak a proč?". Kromě toho je zpracována i vedlejší výzkumná otázka zabývající se interpretací Tálibánu z různých mezinárodních hledisek, na jejímž základě je provedena... This bachelor thesis deals with the phenomenon of the international actors' involvement in Afghanistan civil war between 1992 and 1996 and its influence on the emergence of the Taliban movement. This topic cannot be excluded from the historical context and analyzed separately. The connection with the Soviet-Afghan war era and the consecutive Najibullah régime was too high to be forgotten. The international actors' involvement did not occur at once in 1992 and did not cease exactly in 1996. It has developed a lot and that is the reason why both, Soviet-Afghan war and Najibullah era, are being analyzed as well while focusing on the international involvement. The main part of this bachelor thesis analyzes ten the most important international players which in some way got involved - Pakistan, Iran, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, China, United states of America, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia and India. Regarding the methodology, the thesis works with the analysis of the secondary sources seeking to answer the main question "Which international actors influenced the emergence of Taliban between 1992 - 1996, how and why?".
