Souhrn V této bakalářské práci na téma "Užívání tabákových výrobků u zaměstnanců FNKV Praha" jsem se zabývala prevalencí kouření u zaměstnanců FNKV a 3. LF UK v rámci procesu začleňování této nemocnice do Evropské sítě nekuřáckých nemocnic a úrovní poskytování krátkých intervencí ve vztahu ke kouření pacientů. V teoretické části popisuji strategie zaměřené na kontrolu tabáku a léčbu závislosti na tabáku v rámci aktivit WHO i EU, kontrolu tabáku a legislativu v ČR, důležité organizace jako například Společnost pro závislé na tabáku a další. Dále se v práci zabývám prevalencí užívání tabáku u celé české populace a konkrétně u studentů zdravotnických oborů a zdravotníků. Uvedla jsem také nejčastější formy užívání tabáku. V závěru teoretické části jsem rozebrala zdravotní rizika významná z hlediska prevence chronických neinfekčních onemocnění a možnosti prevence a léčby závislosti na tabáku. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky výzkumu provedeného formou dotazníkového šetření při preventivních prohlídkách zaměstnanců FNKV a 3. LF UK na Klinice pracovního a cestovního lékařství. Výzkum byl prováděn ve dvou etapách (I. etapa - květen 2014 až květen 2015, II. etapa - leden až prosinec 2016). Porovnání výsledků z obou etap ukázalo mírné zlepšení v prevalenci kouření u zaměstnanců i v provádění krátkých intervencí ve... In this bachelor thesis called "Using tobacco products in the staff of the Královské Vinohrady Teaching Hospital" I focused mainly on smoking status of employees of the Královské Vinohrady Teaching Hospital (FNKV) and Third Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in a process of inclusion of this hospital to the European Network of Non-smoking Hospitals and the level of providing brief interventions in smoking patients. In the first theoretical part, I describe strategies aimed at the control of tobacco products and treatment of tobacco dependence in a scope of the activities of WHO and EU, the control of tobacco products and legislation in the Czech Republic, important organisations such as Society for the treatment of tobacco dependence etc.. Moreover I focus on prevalence of tobacco use in the whole population of the Czech Republic, on use of tobacco in students of medicine and health professionals.I introduce the most often used forms of tobacco.. At the end of the theoretical part I present the health risks which are noticeable regardingprevention of chronical noncommunicable diseases and possible strategies of prevention and treatment of tobacco dependence.
