Teleworking lze považovat za moderní způsob organizace práce na dálku, kterému dal za vznik rozvoj moderních technologií. Předkládaná bakalářské práce se věnuje tomuto fenoménu, konkrétně postojům manažerů a zaměstnanců vůči této organizaci práce. Jeho zavádění do firem má výhody i nevýhody a vytváří nové, dosud neznámé nároky, jak na řadové zaměstnance, tak na manažery. Teoretická část se zabývá právě těmito nároky z hlediska tří složek postoje (emoční, kognitivní a behaviorální). Současně se detailněji zabývá třemi faktory (podpora, komunikace, důvěra), které se silně promítají do možnosti zavedení teleworkingu ve firmě. Druhá část práce je návrh výzkumného projektu, který se týká zjišťování postojů manažerů a zaměstnanců ve firmě, a to pomocí kvantitativní i kvalitativní metodologie. Thanks to development of modern technologies, teleworking can be considered as a modern way of distant work. Presented bachelor's thesis is focused on this phenomenon, concretely on the attitudes of managers and employees towards this type of work. Its implementation into firms has pros and cons and creates new, so far unknown claims on managers and employees. Theoretical part is focused on these claims from the point of view of three parts of attitudes (emotional, cognitive and behavioral). Moreover, theoretical part is further detailed focused on three factors (support, communication, trust), on which is strongly dependent a decision, whether in the organizations teleworking will be supported or not. Second part of thesis is proposal of research project, which is related to finding out the attitudes of managers and employees in the organization using of combination quantitative and qualitative methodology.
