Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem historie školství ve východočeské obci Dohalice v rozmezí let 1865 - 1938. Školství představuje jeden z nejzásadnějších momentů při studiu historie všedního dne. Cílem této práce tedy není pouze chronologicky vyložit dějiny jedné konkrétní obecné školy, ale právě na příkladu zvolené školy, nacházející se v části obce Dohaličky, nastínit obecný vývoj školství v daném období v naší zemi. Práce se dotýká i dalších fenoménů spojených se školstvím jako je otázka učitelského stavu, vztah kantorů k církvi, fungování polévkového ústavu a lidové školy hospodářské, místní školní rady, organizace školních výletů či projevy úcty k panovníkovi zobrazené ve školní kronice. Pramenná základna představuje z větší části fondy uložené ve Státním okresním archivu v Hradci Králové. Za nejdůležitější z nich považuji fond Obecná škola Dohalice a fond Deyl Václav. This bachelor thesis deals with history of education in the Eastern Bohemian village Dohalice during 1865 - 1938. The education is one of the most important momentsfor studying history of every day life. Goal of this thesis is not chronological describing of the history of concrete school, located in Dohaličky, but on the example of this particular school show the general evolution of education in the Czech lands. The thesis is also interested in other topics connected with the education for instance the status of teachers, the relationship between the church and the teacher, the soup institute, the popular agricultural school, the local school council, the school trips or hounuring the head of the state which we can study in the school chronicle. The primary sources mainly consist of the funds from the regional archive in Hradec Kralové. I consider the most important funds, the Primary school Dohalice and Deyl Václav.
