[cze][eng] Zuzana Slámová Diagnostika dětských exantémových onemocnění Bakalářská práce Univerzita Karlova, Farmaceutická fakulta v Hradci Králové Zdravotnická bioanalytika Cíl práce: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo stanovení morbidity, incidence a prevalence vybraných dětských exantémových onemocnění (spalničky, spála, zarděnky, čtvrtá dětská nemoc, pátá dětská nemoc a plané neštovice) v období 2013 - 2016 na oddělení klinické mikrobiologie a imunologie Krajské nemocnice Liberec a.s. a porovnání s výskytem onemocnění v celé České republice. Metody: Metodická část je zaměřena na metody, jež jsou základem konkrétních analyzátorů na oddělení klinické mikrobiologie a imunologie Krajské nemocnice Liberec a.s. Jedná se o metody ELISA, CLIA, KFR, PCR a kultivace. Analyzátory využívané k diagnostice protilátek proti vybraným nemocím jsou Alegria® (ORGENTEC), LIAISON® XL (DiaSorin) a Chorus Trio (DIESSE). Je-li potřeba rychlá přímá detekce původce, je použita metoda qPCR na přístroji CFX96 Touch™ Real-Time PCR Detection Systém (BioRad). K detekci bakteriálních původců se provádí kultivace. Výsledky: Výsledky byly zpracovány za období 2013 - 2016 z dat poskytnutých z oddělení klinické mikrobiologie a imunologie (OKMI) Krajské nemocnice Liberec a.s. V procentuálním zastoupení bylo 3,46 % jedinců pozitivních na spalničkové...Zuzana Slámová Diagnostics of exanthematic childhood diseases Bachelor thesis Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Health bioanalytics Background: The aim of the bachelor thesis was to determine the morbidity, incidence and prevalence of selected exanthematic childhood diseases (measles, scarlet fever, rubella, fourth disease, fifth disease and chickenpox) in the period 2013 - 2016 at the Department of Clinical Microbiology and Immunology of Regional Hospital Liberec, a. s. including a comparison with occurance of diseases in the whole Czech Republic. Methods: The methodical part was focused on the methods which are the basis of specific analyzers at the Department of Clinical Microbiology and Immunology of the Regional Hospital Liberec, a. s. These methods are ELISA, CLIA, KFR, PCR and cultivation. Analyzers used to diagnose antibodies against selected diseases are Alegria® (ORGENTEC), LIAISON® XL (DiaSorin) and Chorus Trio (DIESSE). For the direct quick detection of the disease was used quantitative PCR (qPCR) method on the CFX96 Touch ™ Real-Time PCR Detection System (BioRad). Detection of bacterial agents was performed by cultivation.
