(česky): Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na roli sociálního pracovníka ve věznicích a jeho možnosti působení při resocializaci pachatelů, kteří spáchali majetkový trestný čin. Trest odnětí svobody má dle principu restorativní justice kromě ochrany společnosti působit i jako výchovný prvek přímo na pachatele. Jednotlivci, kteří opouštějí výkon trestu odnětí svobody, jsou ohroženi sociální exkluzí a jejich možnost integrace do společnosti je díky stigmatizaci, nejistému sociálnímu prostředí, nestabilnímu bydlení, zaměstnání a dalším okolnostem ohrožena. Cílem této práce je mapování činnosti sociálních pracovníků s dospělými lidmi ve výkonu trestu. Sociální pracovník je součástí zkoumání celkové situace vězně, podílí se i na zpracování resocializačního programu, který má vliv na život jedince po propuštění a na snížení rizika recidivy, dále spolupracuje s rodinou, ověřuje informace atd. V práci mapuji praxi sociálních pracovníků u nás a s ohledem na tyto zkušenosti přicházím s návrhem na zlepšení praxe. (anglicky): In my thesis, I focus on the role of social workers in prisons and their effect on social rehabilitation of offenders who have committed a property crime. Imprisonment is based on the principle of restorative justice beyond the protection of society to act as an educational element directly to the offender. Individuals who leave prison, are at risk of social exclusion and their possibility of integration into society is due to stigmatization, unstable social environment, housing, employment and other circumstances endangered. The aim of this bachelor thesis is mapping the activities of social workers with adult men in prison. The social worker is a part of the overall examination of the situation of prisoners, social workers are also involved in the processing of a rehabilitation program, which has an impact on an individual's life after release and on recidivism. Social worker cooperate with families, verifies information, etc. The thesis explores the practice of social workers in our country and considering to the practice I suggest changes to improve practice.
