Tato diplomová práce se týká využití UV/VIS spektrofotometrie v rámci vzdělávání učitelů chemie. V teoretické části práce shrnuje poznatky o optických metodách, jejich principech a rozdělení, a velká část je věnována právě UV/VIS spektrofotometrii. V experimentální části jsou uvedené jednotlivé úlohy pro kvantitativní a kvalitativní stanovení látek pomocí UV/VIS spektrofotometru. Úlohy jsou sestavené tak, aby sloužily jako návod pro učitele chemie i jako návod pro studenty, a aby ctily princip postupu od jednoduššího po složitější stanovení látek. This master's thesis discusses the use of UV/VIS spectrophotometry in chemistry teacher education. Optical methods principles are described in theoretical part of the thesis, and. the main part is dedicated to UV-VIS spectrophotometry. Tasks for quantifying and qualifying substances determination are described in experimental part. Educational tasks are described in a way so that chemistry teachers could use for instructions.
