Martina Havlová Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Využití senzomotorické stimulace u pacientů s mnohočetným myelomem na transplantačním oddělení Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím metody senzomotorické stimulace u pacientů s mnohočetným myelomem, kteří jsou hospitalizováni na transplantačním oddělení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je charakterizováno onemocnění mnohočetný myelom, jeho etiologie, příznaky a léčba. Práce se dále zaměřuje na průběh autologní transplantace a hospitalizaci pacienta na transplantační jednotce. Dále pojednává o vlivu pohybové aktivity na lidské tělo a o důsledcích z inaktivity. V teoretické části je také vysvětlena metoda senzomotorické stimulace, její podstata, koncepce a metodický postup. Praktická část se zaměřuje na využití senzomotorické stimulace u dvou pacientů s mnohočetným myelomem na transplantační jednotce. Je zpracována pomocí dvou kazuistik. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit vliv senzomotorické stimulace na fyzický stav pacientů po autologní transplantaci a vhodnost jejího začlenění do rehabilitačního programu transplantační jednotky. Title: The Use of Sensory Motor Stimulation in Patients with Multiple Myeloma at the Transplant Ward Abstract: The bachelor thesis deals with the use of the sensory motor stimulation technique in patiens with multiple myeloma who are hospitalized in a transplant unit. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, multiple myeloma, its etiology, symptoms and the treatment are characterized. Then it concentrates on the course of autologous transplantation and the patient's hospitalization in a transplant unit. This part of the thesis also deals with the influence of motion activity on the human body and consequences of physical inactivity. The sensory motor stimulation technique, its nature, conception and methodological procedure are also explained in this part. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the use of the sensory motor stimulation in two patiens with multiple myeloma hospitalized in a transplant unit. It is composed of two case reports. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the influence of sensory motor stimulation on a physical condition of the patiens after autologous transplantation and suitability of its integration into the rehabilitation programme of the transplant unit.
