Souhrn Percepce zdravotních rizik vyplývajících ze životního stylu a pracovní zátěže u učitelů různých stupňů škol Úvod: Je obecně známo, že učitelská profese je svázána s řadou zdravotních rizik. Pedagogové jsou exponováni nadměrné pracovní psychické a senzorické zátěži, pracují dlouhodobě ve vynucené poloze, ve zvýšeném riziku hluku, infekcí a poruch hlasivek. Ve srovnání s běžnou populací se u nich častěji vyskytují onemocnění, která souvisí s pracovním stresem. Cíl práce: Zjištění percepce zdravotních rizik vyplývajících ze zdravotního stavu, životního stylu a pracovní zátěže u učitelů různých stupňů škol. Metodika: V rámci průřezové epidemiologické studie jsme metodou anonymního dotazníkového šetření získali údaje od 484 respondentů, a to od 201 učitelů základních škol, 227 učitelů škol středních a 56 vysokoškolských učitelů. Zjišťovali jsme přítomnost rizikových faktorů a jejich percepci učiteli s ohledem na stupeň školy, věk a pohlaví respondentů. Pracovní psychická zátěž byla hodnocena Meisterovým dotazníkem a byla provedena klasifikace zátěže. Výsledky: Zjistili jsme, že řada respondentů byla exponována několika rizikovým faktorům současně. Nejčastěji se jednalo o závažná onemocnění u blízkých příbuzných a zvýšenou pracovní psychickou zátěž. Této jsou zvýšeně exponováni zejména učitelé základních... Perception of health risks from lifestyle and work psychic load of teachers from different school levels Introduction: It is well known that the teaching profession is associated with numerous health risks. Teachers are exposed to excessive mental work and sensory stress, long working in a forced position at increased risk of noise, infections and voice disorders. Compared with the general population, there are more frequently found diseases related to occupational stress. Aim: To determine the perception of health risks arising from particular health state, lifestyle and workload of teachers from different school levels. Methods: In the context of cross-sectional epidemiological study we used an anonymous questionnaire enquiry to obtained data from 484 respondents, ranging from 201 primary school teachers, 227 teachers of secondary schools and 56 university teachers. We have investigated the presence of risk factors and their perception by teachers with regard to the school level, age and gender of the respondents. Working psychological stress was assessed by Meister questionnaire. Results: We found that many respondents were exposed to several risk factors simultaneously.
