Abstrakt Diplomová práce "Hodnocení vývojové dyspraxie u dětí s epilepsií" ve své teoretické části shrnuje problematiku vývojové dyspraxie, jinak také nazývané vývojová porucha koordinace, a problematiku epilepsie. Součástí teoretické části je rovněž popis metod používaných při výzkumu. Cílem této práce bylo hodnocení motorických obtíží u dětí s epilepsií s využitím testovací sady MABC-2, dále jsme se zajímali o korelaci motorických dovedností a pozornosti u těchto dětí. K hodnocení pozornosti byl použit Test d2. Rovněž byla sledována pohybová aktivita vyšetřovaných dětí pomocí přístroje ActiGraph GT3X. Zjistili jsme, že u skupiny našich dětí byl častější výskyt motorických obtíží než v běžné populaci. V rámci této skupiny jsme neprokázali, že by motorické obtíže závisely na farmakorezistenci epilepsie ani že by byly výrazné rozdíly mezi různými typy motoriky. Nebyla zjištěna ani korelace mezi pohybovými dovednostmi a pozorností, ale zaznamenali jsme vyšší výskyt sníženého pozornostního výkonu. Abstract Diploma thesis "Evaluation of Developmental Dyspraxia in Children with Epilepsy" summarizes in its theoretical part the problems of the developmental dyspraxia, also called as the developmental coordination disorder, and the problems of epilepsy. One section of the theoretical part is the description of the methods used in the research. The aim of this study was to evaluate the motor difficulties in children with epilepsy using test MABC-2, then we were interested in the correlation between motor skills and attention of these children. The Test d2 was used for evaluation of attention. The physical activity of investigated children was also monitored using ActiGraph device GT3X. We found out motor problems were more frequent in the group of our children than of the common population. We didn't prove motor difficulties would depend on pharmacoresistance epilepsy within this group nor the significant differences among the various types of motor skills.
