Tato práce se zabývá registrací snímků pořízených z CT angiografie, které se liší pouze otočením a posunutím. Je zde vysvětlen pojem registrace a jsou popsány transformace mezi obrazy. K registraci jsou použity tři metody. První metoda je založená na Fourierově transformaci a nazývá se fázová korelace. Druhé dvě metody využívají naměřená data z fázové korelace a následně tato data zpracovávají s využitím metody nejmenších čtverců či singulárního rozkladu. K metodám jsou podány podrobné teoretické základy, jsou matematicky odvozeny a následně implementovány a otestovány v prostředí Matlab. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) This thesis deals with the registration of images, which differ only in the shift and rotation, taken from CT angiography. The term of registration and transformation between the images are explained here. Three methods are used for registration. The first method is based on Fourier transform and it is called the phase correlation. The other two methods use the measured data by phase correlation and then the data is processed using the least squares method or singular value decomposition.
