Kardanoly jsou v dnešní době stále více používanými látkami v průmyslu polymerů, barviv, brzdných materiálů, ad. Tyto látky podobné lipidickým sloučeninám podléhají za správných podmínek metatezi. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analýza produktů metateze kardanolů metodou HPLC-MS/MS. Pro kvantitativní HPLC analýzu byl připraven standard 3,3'-hexadec-8-en-1,16-diyldifenol, který je při metatezi kardanolů jedním z hlavních produktů. Tento standard byl připraven ve dvou krocích. Prvním krokem byla ethenolýza kardanolů za vzniku 3-(non-8-en-1-yl)fenolu. Druhým krokem přípravy byla homometateze 3-(non-8-en-1-yl)fenolu. Standard byl charakterizován pomocí metod HPLC/MS, EI-MS, ESI-MS/MS, UV/VIS, IR, Ramanovy a NMR spektroskopie. Druhá část práce je věnována studii mechanismu lokalizace dvojné vazby na dlouhých uhlovodíkových řetězcích metodou acetonitrilové APCI-MS. S pomocí jednoduchých modelových alkenů byla metodami MS a MS/MS zkoumána tvorba aduktů [M + 55]+ , které v této metodě hrají klíčovou roli. Nakonec byla navržena struktura a mechanismus vzniku aduktů [M + 55]+ a způsob jejich fragmentace. The main aim of the diploma thesis is an analysis of products of cardanol metathesis by HPLC-MS/MS. Standard 3,3'-hexadec-8-en-1,16-diyldiphenol, one of the main products of cardanol metathesis, was prepared for quantitative HPLC analysis. The standard was prepared in two steps. The first step was cardanol ethenolysis to give 3-(non-8-enyl)phenol. The second step was self-metathesis of 3-(non-8- enyl)phenol to give 3,3'-hexadec-8-en-1,16-diyldiphenol. The standard was characterised by HPLC/MS, MS/MS, EI-MS, UV/VIS, IR, Raman a NMR spectroscopy. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to the study of a mechanism of double-bond localization method in long chain hydrocarbons by acetonitrile APCI-MS. The formation of adducts [M + 55]+ , which are the key substances of this method, was studied using simple alkene models by MS and MS/MS.
