Bakalářská práce se věnuje tomu, jak doba kojení, ale i další faktory ovlivňují vznik obezity u dětí. Teoretická část je věnována čtyřem hlavním tématům. Kojení, jeho významu, výhodám, potenciálním rizikům a také praktickým záležitostem, jako například technice či hlavním zásadám kojení. Dále je zpracováno téma náhradní mléčné kojenecké výživy a příkrmů. Třetím rozebíraným tématem je dětská obezita, možnosti její diagnostiky, možné příčiny, následky a prevence. Poslední část je věnována studiím, které se zabývají vzájemným vztahem mezi dobou kojení a vznikem obezity u dětí. V praktické části jsou hodnoceny faktory, které mohou mít vliv na obezitu u dětí do tří let věku. Tato část je realizována kvantitativním výzkumem, kde jsem pro zjištění potřebných dat použila anonymní nestandardizovaný dotazník, který obsahoval 14 otázek. Dotazník je v první řadě zaměřen na dobu plného a částečného kojení, a zjištění jak děti v průběhu let prospívají. Z šetření vyplývá skutečnost, že 49 % matek kojilo do ukončeného 6. měsíce. Nejlepe však prospívala skupina, která byl kojena do 4. měsíce. Tato skupina byla také nejštíhlejší. Dále jedním z dílčích cílů bylo zjistit, zda kouření v těhotenství ovlivňuje váhu dítěte. Tato otázka však nebyla zodpovězena, z důvodu malého počtu kouřících matek během tehotenství. Dále... This Bachelor's Thesis deals with the description, how the development of children's obesity is influenced by the breastfeeding's period and other factors. Firstly, the theoretical part is dedicated to these four topics: breastfeeding and its importance, benefits, potential risks and also practical matters related to breastfeeding - e.g. methods or the basic principles. Secondly, there is depicted substitution of milk nutrition and vegetables. The third topic focuses on obesity in children - possibilities of diagnosis, causes, consequences and precaution against it. Finally, the last part presents various studies where relations between a period of breastfeeding and development of obesity during childhood are being investigated. The practical part brings evaluation of factors which could influence the obesity in case of children under three years of age. This part was realized using quantitative inquiry, where anonymous non-standardized questionnaire, containing fourteen questions, was used for data collection. The questionnaire was mainly focused on the period of full or partial breastfeeding and finding out, how children prospered over the years.
