Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou zlomenina hlezenního kloubu řešená osteosyntézou. Cíle: Cílem mé bakalářske práce bylo zpracování kazuistiky pacienta a seznámení se teoreticky i prakticky s problematikou osteosyntézy po zlomenině hlezenního kloubu. Metodika práce: Práce obsahuje zpracování odborné literatury k danému tematu. Je rozdělena na část obecnou a část speciální. V obecné části je popsána anatomická stavba a funkce hlezenního kloubu a kineziologie nohy. Dále je popsána traumatologie v oblasti hlezenního kloubu a následné fyzioterapeutické metody a postupy využívané k léčbě. Speciální část obsahuje zpracování kazuistiky pacienta, anamnestické údaje, vstupní kinesiologický rozbor, cíle terapie. Dále jsou zde rozepsány jednotlivé terapie a jejich průběh dle docházky pacienta, které jsou zakončeny výstupním kinesiologickým rozborem se zhodnocením efektu terapie. Aim: The aim of this bachelor' s thesis is to present basic information on ankle fractures and to elaborate a case report of a patient with this diagnoses. Methods: This research was based on the processing of literature on the topic. It is divided into two parts - a general part and a special part. The general part contains basic information about anatomy and function of the ankle joint, kinesiology. It contains also traumatology, physioterapeutic methods and procedures that can be used in a patient with mentioned diagnosis. The special part contains casuistic of a patient and includes anamnestic data, input kinesiological analysis. The therapies are processed individually according to the patient' s attendance and are finished with the output of kinesiological analysis with evaluation of the therapy effects.
