2 Abstrakt Diplomová práce "Klíčové kompetence pracovníků svobodných organizací a jejich rozvoj" se zabývá tématem tzv. svobodných organizací a jejich požadavky na potenciální zaměstnance. Sleduje charakteristiky konceptu svobodných organizací a jeho kontext z pohledu řízení organizací. V rámci výzkumné části porovnává pomocí analýzy náborových inzerátů vyhledávané měkké kompetence těchto organizací s požadavky ostatních organizací a identifikuje ty oblasti kompetencí, které jsou významně více zastoupeny u svobodných organizací. V návaznosti na to se zabývá také tím, jak se rozvíjet dle kompetencí, například za účelem přípravy na potenciální zaměstnání ve svobodné organizaci. Klíčová slova svoboda v práci, organizace, kompetence, práce, rozvoj 3 Abstract Diploma thesis "Key competencies of employees of democratic organizations and their development" is focused on the so-called free organizations and their requirments for potential employees. It follows the characteristics of this concept and its context from the perspective of managing organizations. In the research the required soft skills of these organizations have been compared with the requirments of other organizations, using the analysis of their recruitment ads. It also identifies those soft skills, which are required significantly more by free organizations. Following this, the thesis also deals with the development of competencies, for example in preparation for potencial employment in a free organization.
