[cze][eng] Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po fraktuře patní kosti na PDK a hlezenního kloubu na LDK. Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky pacienta během souvislé odborné praxe a seznámení se s teoretickými podklady diagnózy zlomeniny kotníku a paty. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to obecnou a speciální. V obecné části je zpracována anatomie, biomechanika, kineziologie a traumatologie hlezenního kloubu a nohy. Rozpracována je problematika jednotlivých typů zlomenin hlezenního kloubu a nohy a jejich následná fyzioterapie. Ve speciální části je zpracována kazuistika pacienta po zlomeninách kotníku a paty. Tato část byla vypracována v rámci bakalářské praxe konané v období od 7.1. - 1.2. 2013. Aims: The aim of this work is the casuistry of a patient during the process of continuous professional experience and familiarity with the theoretical reasons diagnosis of foot and ankle fractures. Methods: This thesis is divided into two parts, namely general and special. The general part is processed anatomy, biomechanics, kinesiology and traumatology, ankle and foot. Elaborated the issue of different types of fractures ankle and foot and subsequent physiotherapy. In the special case of a patient is treated for fractures of the foot and ankle.
