Práce navazuje na předchozí poznatky, týkající se vlivu oblasti odtržení proudění na přenos hmoty v plicích. Získané poznatky zobecňuje a zabývá se obecně vlivem vířivosti na přenos pasivního skaláru při daných proudových podmínkách, tj. při socliačním proudění. The work follows the previous knowledge of the influence of flow separation region on the mass transport in lungs. The knowledge is generalized and the work focuses on the influence of vorticity on the passive scalar transport at given flow conditions, i.e. the oscillatory flow.
