Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií, kineziologií a biomechanikou pánevní oblasti, dále patokineziologií poruch pánve. Hlavní část práce je věnována syndromu kostrče a pánevního dna, jeho diagnostickým a terapeutickým postupům, klinickým příznakům, možnostem komplexní léčebné rehabilitace a prognóze. Obsahem praktické části jsou kazuistiky dvou pacientů s coccygodynií, jejich vyšetření a postupy při provádění fyzioterapie v ambulantním zařízení. The theoretical part describes the anatomy, kinesiology and pelvic region biomechanics as well as pathokinesiology of pelvic disorders. The main part of the thesis focuses on the coccyx and pelvic floor syndrome, its diagnostic and therapeutic methods, clinical symptoms, complex therapeutic rehabilitation and the prognosis. The practical part includes case histories of two coccygodynia patients, their examination and physiotherapy methods carried out in an outpatient clinic. The thesis finishes with evaluation and a comparison of the results of both patients' therapies.
