Abstract: Visual colour imaging of cancerous tumorous of human bladder at photodynamic diagnostics is dealt with. Cancerous tumorous are imaged to be red while the healthy tissue is blue. This diagnostics is not optimal because of low colour contracts which is not maximal. Consequence of this is the decreased diagnostics sensitivity and specifity. We shaw methods how to improve this diagnostics.
