Zpráva obsahuje popis, technické parametry a výkresovou dokumentaci optického vysílače OV-3 vyvinutého v ÚRE AV ČR pro zajištění přenosu referenčních signálů prostřednictvím optických tras 1300 nm statního skupinového etalonu času a frekvence. The report presents description, specification, operation instruction, and wiring diagrams of the OV-3 optical transmitter designed at the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics (IREE) to realize the subnanosecond time transfer within the Czech National Time and Frequency Group Standard using 1300 nm optical links.
