Název práce: Komparace srdeční frekvence a energetického výdeje při běhu na 5 km a zrychleném přesunu na 5 km s 10 kg zátěží Cíl práce: Cílem práce bylo na základě naměřených výsledků odezvy organismu na konstantní zatížení při běhu na 5 km a při zrychleném přesunu na 5 km s 10 kg zátěží porovnat hodnoty srdeční frekvence a energetického výdeje, k jehož zjištění bylo využito spiroergometrického testu na běžeckém pásu. Metody: Kvantitativní výzkum s využitím metody intrapersonalní komparativní analýzy. Výsledky: Na základě naměřených dat byl u probandů zjištěn rozdíl mezi hodnotami průměrného minutového energetického výdeje u běhu a zrychleného přesunu se zátěží při rychlostech 11 km.h-1 . Tento rozdíl se pohyboval od 14,19 kJ do 41,94 kJ a v průměru byl roven 23,87 kJ. Klíčová slova: Zrychlený přesun, energetický výdej, srdeční frekvence. Title: The comparison of heart rate and energy expenditure during 5 km run and 5 km speeded-up transfer with load of 10 kg Objectives: The aim of the work was to compare the results of heart rate and energy expenditure during 5 km run and 5 km speeded up transfer with load of 10 kg. The energy expenditure was found by spiroergometric test while running on a treadmill. Methods: The method applied in this research was the quantitative research based on intra-individual comparative analysis. Results: Based on the measured data of the average energy expenditure per minute of subjects during the run and the speeded-up transfer with load at 11 km.h-1 there was some difference found.
