V příspěvku jsou vysvětleny základy 13C NMR spektroskopie vysokého rozlišení pevného stavu. Některé možnosti této metody při strukturní charakterizaci glukanů a jejich derivátů jsou demonstrovány na příkladech celulosy, chitinu, chitosanu a chitin/glukanových komplexů. The principles of high resolution solid state 13C NMR spectroscopy are explained in this contribution. Some possibilities of this method in the structural characterization of glucans and their derivatives are demonstrated on examples of cellulose, chitin, chitosan and chitin/glucan complexes.
