[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kvalitu života uživatelů v domě pro seniory. Kvalita života ve stáří je v současné době velmi diskutovaným tématem, neboť demografické výzkumy poukazují na skutečnost, že lidstvo stárne a otázku stáří, péče ve stáří a zlepšování kvality života seniorů je třeba řešit čím dál víc. Důležité je, aby se senioři naučili přizpůsobit se novým podmínkám a bylo jim dopomáháno v znovuobjevení a hledání smyslu života. Zásadní je, aby se senioři sami snažili využít veškeré nabízené možnosti kulturní a společenské aktivity, zachování co největší míry soběstačnosti, fyzická cvičení a další. Cílem teoretické práce je předložit teoretické informace o procesu stárnutí, potřebách seniorů, sociálních službách a možnostech. Hlavním cílem praktické části je zjistit kvalitu života uživatelů v Domě seniorů (dále také jako DPS) v Třeboni. DPS v Třeboni jsem si vybrala, protože jsem zde sama vykonávala praxi, a tak jsem měla možnost zjistit, jak provoz právě v tomto zařízení probíhá. Pro to, aby mohlo být hlavního cíle dosaženo, jsem zvolila ještě dílčí cíl, a to zjistit, jak se liší subjektivně vnímaná kvalita života seniorek a seniorů před odchodem do domova pro seniory. Pro naplnění cíle práce jsem zvolila kvalitativní výzkum. Sběr dat proběhl metodou dotazování a technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovor měl šestnáct otázek a byl předkládán v DPS v Třeboni deseti seniorům 5 žen a 5 mužů ve věku 60 80 let. Výzkum probíhal v prosinci 2016. Výsledky jsem zpracovala do myšlenkových map, tabulek a grafů. Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že senioři jsou s životem v domově seniorů Třeboň spokojeni, a že existuje přímá úměra mezi kvalitou poskytovaných služeb a kvalitou života. Kvalitu života senioři převážně vnímají stejně jako před nástupem do domova, ale poukazují na to, že se jim zásadně změnil jejich životní styl. Výsledky šetření lze využít zejména v domově pro seniory, kde by mohly vést ke zkvalitnění péče o seniory žijící v daném zařízení pro seniory v Třeboni. Dále by také mohly být nápomocné rodinám, jejichž blízcí žijí v nějakém sociálním zařízení.Bachelor thesis is focused on the quality of life of users in the House for the elderly. The aim of the theoretical work is to present the theoretical information about the aging process, the needs of the elderly, social services and opportunities. The main aim of the practical part is to determine the quality of life of users in the House in Třeboň. a home for the elderly in Třeboň I chose because I am here alone carried out the practice, so I had opportunity to see how the operation of this device is. For this, the main objectives to be achieved, I chose another target, and find out how it differs subjectively perceived quality of life seniorek and the elderly before going to a home for the elderly. For the fulfillment of the objectives of the work I have chosen qualitative research. Data collection was conducted by method is semistructured interviews. The interview had sixteen diverse questions and was presented in the PCA in Třeboň ten seniors-5 women and 5 men aged 60-80 years. The research was conducted in December 2016. I processed the results into mind maps, tables and charts. Research has found that seniors are with life in a home for the elderly in Třeboň satisfied, and that there is a direct correlation between the quality of provided services and quality of life. Quality of life of senior citizens mostly they perceive as well as prior to joining home, but point out that they fundamentally changed their lifestyle. The results of the investigation, in particular, can be used in a home for the elderly, which could lead to the improvement of care for the elderly living in the facility for the elderly in Třeboň. Furthermore, could also be of help families whose loved ones are living in a social device.
