We have studied the influence of three cationic surfactants Arquad S50, CTAB and CTAC on three different types of local pressure drops. Experiments were done on a closed hydraulic loop with the range of Reynolds numbers from 1.600 to 23.000. Four different solution concentrations were investigated. Even though all three tested additives show similar drag reduction in the straight tube, there is a substantial difference in effectiveness at local loses. Byl studován vliv 4 koncentrací tří vybraných vodných roztoků kationaktivních a iontově obojetných povrchově aktivních látek na 3 typy místních ztrát (sedlový ventil plně a z poloviny otevřený, 180° oblouk). Měření byla provedena na cirkulační trase v rozsahu Reynoldsových čísel Re = (1,6–23)*103. I když všechny 3 použité přísady v přímé trubce snižují tření téměř stejně, v místních odporech se jejich účinek podstatně liší. Také účinnost přísad na snižování místních ztrát je nižší než při proudění v trubkách.
