Kvartérní paleoekologická analýza NPR Soos Cílem navrhované diplomové práce bylo popsat druhové složení rozsivkových společenstev křemelinového štítu NPR Soos a porovnat tyto výsledky se staršími publikacemi. Dalším cílem bylo ze sedimentárního záznamu (profil 3,4 m) rekonstruovat historický vývoj pánve pomocí rozsivkové analýzy. V rámci práce bylo také testováno, zda rozsivková společenstva skutečně odpovídají jednotlivým typům křemeliny. Klíčová slova: subfosilní rozsivky, NPR Soos, paleolimnologie, pozdní glaciál, holocén The Quaternary Paleoecological Analysis of the Soos National Nature Reserve The aim of this proposed diploma thesis is to describe the structure of diatom communities in the diatomite deposits of the Soos National Nature Reserve and compare the finding of this thesis with those of older publications. Another aim was to reconstruct the history of the basin trough with the outputs of diatom analysis accomplished in the 3,4 m long sediment profile.
