[cze][eng] Anotace: Předložená disertační práce prezentuje pohled na místo a poslání středního odborného vzdělání s výučním listem v širším edukačním kontextu znalostní společnosti. Zahrnuje problematiku implementace pragmatické filosofie do edukačních činností, včetně nového paradigma webového prostředí a teorií aktivního učení spolu s expozicí některých problémů a trendů současné pedagogiky. Prezentuje pohled na žáka (edukanta) z hlediska vytváření profesních kompetencí prostřednictvím didaktické technologie modelování v učebním oboru obráběč kovů a na pedagogické role vzdělavatelů (učitelů odborných a všeobecně vzdělávacích předmětů, učitelů odborného výcviku, edukátorů) v tomto typu formální edukace. Disertační práce poskytuje penzum názorů, stanovisek a odpovědi na řadu konkrétních otázek k danému tématu, přičemž využívá nejen odborné práce našich autorů, ale také renomovaných zahraničních expertů v této oblasti. Práce nabízí některé trendy a metodické postupy, které mohou podporovat a rozvíjet pedagogickou tvořivost učitelů i aktivitu žáků. Jde především o zobecněné didaktické zkušenosti, o úvahy a teorie, osobní názory a postřehy podložené vlastní vzdělávací zkušeností. Zohledňuje prvky interdisciplinarity a vzájemnosti pedagogiky, didaktiky, psychologie, filosofie a etiky. V empirické části prezentuje...This dissertation presents the view of the place and mission of the secondary vocational education with apprenticeship certificate in a wider educational context of the knowledge society. It includes the implementation of the pragmatic issues of philosophy in educational activities including a new paradigmum of the web environment and theories of active teaching together with exposure to certain problems and trends of current pedagogy. It presents the view of the object of education (e.g. a pupil) in terms of creating of professional competences through didactic technology of modelling in apprenticeship of a metalworker and of teaching roles of educators (teachers of vocational and general education courses, teachers of vocational training, educators) in this type of formal education. The dissertation provides a stint of opinions, viewpoints and answers to many particular questions of the subject and it uses not only professional works of our authors but also of renowned foreign experts in this field.
