Měděné nanoklastry mají potenciál pro vytváření nanostrukturovaných povrchů, které mohou najít využití zejména v elektronice, elektrotechnice, optice, ale i v biomedicíně. Aby mohly být později takové povrchy vytvořeny, je nutné nejprve najít způsob přípravy nanoklastrů a podrobně je charakterizovat, a právě tím se zabývá předkládaná práce. Nejdříve jsme nalezli opakovatelný postup pro přípravu měděných nanoklastrů pomocí agregačního plynového nanoklastrového zdroje. Za použití krystalových mikrovah a optické elipsometrie jsme zkoumali homogenitu připravených vrstev a zjistili jsme, že nadeponovaná vrstva je při určitých podmínkách homogenní. Měřili jsme depoziční rychlost nanoklastrů v závislosti na magnetronovém proudu a tlaku v agregační i depoziční komoře. Zjistili jsme, že depoziční rychlost lineárně roste s proudem, ale při nízkých proudech nanoklastrový zdroj téměř nedeponuje. Dále jsme zjistili, že existuje maximum depoziční rychlosti pro určitý tlak. Určili jsme rozmezí tlaků v depoziční komoře, při kterých nanoklastrový zdroj deponuje, což je důležité zejména pro přípravu nanokompozitních materiálů. Zkoumali jsme velikost, tvar nanoklastrů a růst vrstvy pomocí skenovacího elektronového mikroskopu a zjistili jsme, že připravené vrstvy jsou velmi porézní. Změřili jsme drsnost a optickou absorbanci... Copper nanoclusters have potencial for fabrication of nanostructured surfaces, which can be used in electronics, electrotechnics, optics and in biomedical applications. To create such surfaces, it is necessary to create and characterize the nanoclusters deeply first and this is the main topic of this work. First, we found repeatable procedure to create copper nanoclusters by the gas aggregation nanocluster source. We studied homogenity of prepared surfaces by quartz crystal microbalance and optical ellipsometry, we determined conditions for deposition of homogeneous coatings. Next, we studied deposition rate in dependence on the magnetron current, pressure in the aggregation and deposition chambers. Deposition rate linearly increased with current, but in low currents it was nearly zero. Furthermore, we found maximum deposition rate for a given pressure in the aggregation chamber and determined the range of pressure in deposition chamber where it is possible to deposit thin films of copper nanoclusters. This is important for fabrication of nanocomposite surfaces. We studied also the size, shape of nanoclusters and growth of surface by scanning electron microscope. The surfaces were very porous.
