Výzkum s názvem Podoby lendleru v Cechách ve světle rukopisů Jiřího J. B. Hartla (1781-1849) ze Staré Paky se zabývá postavením lendleru v českém tanečním repertoáru 19. a první poloviny 20. století. Původně německý třídobý tanec byl v tomto období oblíben v v celé Evropě. Ze sbírek lidových tanců z Cech (včetně pohraničních oblastí s německým obyvatelstvem) bylo shromážděno přes 750 převážně instrumentálních melodií, označených jako lendler, štajryš, tajč, tyrol apod. Nejbohatším a zároveň nejstarším pramenem je rukopisný sborník tanečních melodií, které v letech 1811-1822 zaznamenal podkrkonošský kantor Jiří Josef Benedikt Hartl (1781-1849) ze Staré Paky. Práce se rovněž věnuje v celkovému kulturnímu a historickému kontextu obliby lendleru v severovýchodních Cechách se zaměřením na působení venkovských kantorů. Za nejčastější způsob přenosu tanečních instrumentálních melodií lze označit působení potulných muzikantů, významnou roli hrála také kulturní výměna v etnicky smíšených oblastech. Na základě podrobné hudební analýzy byly zjištěny charakteristické vlastnosti lendlerových tanečních melodií z českých pramenů 19. a první poloviny 20. století. Výsledky potvrzují provázanost lendleru s domácími hudebně-tanečními typy. Jako celek se totiž české lendlerové nápěvy do značné míry odlišují od německého... Hartl (1781-1849) ofStará Paka is a doctoral thesis investigating the position of Hindler in the Czeeh dance repertory of the 19th century and the first half of the 20th century. A dance in triple meter of German origin, landler became famous aU over Europe. Drawing on eolleetions of folk dance from the Czeeh Lands (ineluding boundary regions with prevailing German population), researchers havebrought together over 750 melodies - mostly instrumental - which were known under various names sueh as lendler, štajryš, tajč, tyrol etc. The richest and oldest source is the manuscript coUection of danee melodies, made in 1811- 1822 by Jiří Josef Benedikt Hartl (1781-1849), a teacher from Stará Paka, a town situated at the foot of the Krkonoše Mountains in the north of the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the thesis seeks to explain the general context, cultural and historical, of landler's popularity in the region of North-East Bohemia, paying special attention to village teachers and their activities. Trying to identify the most frequent way of spreading dance instrumental melodies, the research has given prominence to migrant musicians, but cultural exchange in regions with a population of varied ethnie origin also played a role....
