Bakalářská práce řeší pořízení objektů a jejich rekonstrukci na hotel a restaurační zařízení ve městě Soči v Ruské republice. Obsahuje návrhy hotelu s ubytovací kapacitou pro 46 návštěvníků i kapacitu restauračního pro 48 návštěvníků. Ekonomika provozu hotelu a restaurace je uvedena navržena na 2 roky provozu. Zisk před zdaněním v prvním roce byl stanoven na 8 978 855 RUB RUB, v druhém roce na 10 622 011 RUB. Návratnost investice bude 2 roky. Bachelors project describes an acquisition of the asset and repositioning it into hotel complex in Sochi, Russian Federation. It includes 46 beds and a restaurant for 48 guests. The cash flow of the hotel and the restaurant is forecasted and estimated for 2 years of operations. Profit before tax in year 1 is expected to be at 8.98 millions, and in the second year 10.62 millions roubles. The payback period is estimated to be 8 years.
