Bakalářská práce se věnuje přechodu z jednoduchého účetnictví na účetnictví u nevládní neziskové organizace. Hlavním cílem je zhodnocení výsledných efektů přechodu. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje jak na typologii a postižení fungování neziskových organizací, tak i na definování rozdílů mezi jednoduchým účetnictvím a účetnictvím. Nedílnou součástí textu je také popis přechodu mezi těmito typy účetnictví a jeho daňových dopadů. Praktická část je zaměřena na tento přechod u konkrétního spolku, resp. o. s. Na louce, kdy v závěru poskytuje také zhodnocení stavu o. s. Na louce vzniklého přechodem z jednoduchého účetnictví na účetnictví. Opomenuty nejsou ani daňové dopady tohoto přechodu. The bachelor thesis aims to describe consequences which are connected with the change from single entry accounting to double entry accounting. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part provides the information about types of the non profit organizations and define differences between single entry accounting and double entry accounting. The practical part describes the tax affects and procedure of the implementation of the new acccounting system into the company o.s. Na louce. The conclusion summarizes the results of the change of accounting system in the company o.s. Na louce and presents difficulties that could happened during the changing of the system.
