Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zvolené destinace na trhu cestovního ruchu v České republice. Zvolená destinace práce je Peruánská republika, která se nachází v Jižní Americe. První část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na definici teoretických východisek cestovního ruchu, zájezdové činnosti, cestovní kanceláře, cestovní agentury a destinace. Druhá část práce se soustřeďuje na charakteristiku destinace, na faktory ovlivňující cestovní ruch zvolené destinace a na hlavní destinace Peru. Další kapitola je vlastní práce, která se zaměřuje na zhodnocení nabídky podnikatelských subjektů cestovního ruchu v rámci českého trhu, dále se analyzují výsledky dotazníkového šetření tykajícího se zájezdů do Peru. V další části kapitoly se uvádí doporučení a návrhy, které jsou vytvořené na základě výsledků zhodnocení nabídky cestovních kanceláří a poptávky respondentů. V poslední části práce se dojde k závěru, který je proveden jako rekapitulace bakalářské práce, doporučení a možná řešení dané problematiky. The present thesis is focused on a chosen destination offered in the tourism market in the Czech Republic. The destination chosen for the thesis is the Republic of Peru, which is located in South America. The first part of the thesis is focused on the definition of the theoretical bases of tourism, touring activities, travel agencies, tour operators and destination. The second part focuses on the characteristics of the destination, factors that influencia the tourism in the destination and the main touristic destinations in Peru. The next chapter is the practical part, which focuses on the evaluation of the offer of tour operator in the Czech market, besides, analyzes the results of survey regarding tours to Peru. In the next section recommendations and proposals are formulated based on the results of the evaluation of the suppy od travel agencies and the demand respondents. The last part of the work is the conclusion, which is made as a recapitulation of the thesis, recommendations and possible solutions to the issue.
