Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozdíly ve vnímání stresu u českých a zahraničních studentů. Obecně charakterizuje stres, jeho příznaky a druhy. Dále se práce zabývá velikostí stresové zátěže, zejména pak samotným měřením. Další část se zabývá stresory, především jejich vlivem na zdraví a psychiku lidí. Následně je zmíněno jak stres zvládat a jakým způsobem mu předcházet. Praktická část analyzuje stresovou zátěž u českých a zahraničních studentů. Porovnává výsledky z nasbíraných dat a vyhodnocuje rozdíly. This thesis deals with the differences in the perception of stress in Czech and foreign students. Generally characterizes stress, its symptoms and types. The thesis deals with the size of stress load, especially the measurement itself. Another section deals with stressors, especially their impact on health and psyche of people. Then is mentioned how to cope with stress and how to prevent it.
