Bakalářská práce s názvem Stav ekologického zemědělství v Pardubickém kraji je zaměřena na analýzu stavu ekologického zemědělství v Pardubickém kraji. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy vztahující se k ekologickému zemědělství, popsán je jeho vznik a vývoj zejména v České republice, principy a zásady, legislativa, kontrola a certifikace, značení bioprodukce a současný stav v České republice a stručně také ve světě. Praktická část obsahuje z veřejně dostupných zdrojů Ministerstva zemědělství zpracovaný stav ekologického zemědělství v Pardubickém kraji z hlediska počtu subjektů, výměry půdy a produkce a také analýzu povědomí obyvatel Hlinska a Chrudimi o ekologickém zemědělství a biopotravinách, která byla získána formou dotazníkového šetření. Bachelor thesis entitled Situation of organic farming in Pardubice region is focused on analyzing the situation of organic farming in the Pardubice region. The teoretical part defines terms related to organic farming, describes its formation and development particularly in the Czech Republic, its principles and polices, legilation, inspection and certification, marking bioproduction and the current situation in the Czech republic and briefly also in the world. The practical part contains from publicly available sources of the Ministry of Agriculture processed state of organic farming in the Pardubice region in terms of numbers of subjects, acreage and production and also analyzed public awareness of organic farming and organic food in Hlinsko and Chrudim, which was obtained by questionnaire.
