Bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním kvality vody toku Trnava v průběhu roku 2014. První část tvoří literární rešerše vztahující se k problematice povrchových vod a charakteristika sledovaného toku. Druhá část představuje postupy sledování a vyhodnocení výsledků. Během sledování byly v terénu změřeny ukazatele jakosti vody: hodnota pH, rozpuštěný kyslík, konduktivita a teplota. Zároveň byl odebrán vzorek vody pro chemickou analýzu v laboratoři, při které byl stanoven obsah síranů, dusičnanového dusíku a celkového fosforu. Zjištěné hodnoty byly vyhodnoceny podle normy ČSN 75 7221 Klasifikace jakosti povrchových vod a dále porovnány s hodnotami přípustného znečištění povrchových vod Normy environmentální kvality v Nařízení vlády č. 61/2003 Sb. The bachelor thesis deals with monitoring water quality in the river Trnava within the year 2014. The first part consists of a literature overview relating to the issue of surface water and the characteristics of the monitored watercourse. The second part presents the techniques of monitoring and evaluation of results. During monitoring, the following water quality parameters were measured in the field: pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity and temperature. Simultaneously water sample was taken for chemical analyses in a laboratory, in which the content of sulphate, nitrate nitrogen and total phosphorus was determined. The obtained values were evaluated according to CSN 75 7221 Classification of surface water quality and also compared with the values of permissible pollution of surface water Environmental Quality Standards in Government Regulation no. 61/2003.
