Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice vnitrofiremní komunikace, především se zaměřuje na její praktickou aplikaci v konkrétním podniku. Hlavním cílem práce je provést analýzu komunikačního prostředí firmy a vyvodit v praxi využitelné závěry a doporučení, které by vedly ke zvýšení efektivity interní komunikace. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní pojmy spojené s komunikací obecně, především pak s komunikací interní. Práce poskytuje přehled o funkcích, cílech či nástrojích komunikace v podniku. Nedílnou součástí je vymezení základních předpokladů efektivní komunikace a na druhé straně konfliktů vzniklých v důsledku neefektivní komunikace. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku konkrétní firmy. Dále je provedena analýza vnitropodnikové komunikace v dané firmě, založená na dotazníkovém šetření. Výsledkem je vyhodnocení nastavené komunikace a nastínění možných návrhů a doporučení vedoucích k efektivnější interní komunikaci. This thesis deals with the problems of internal communication of a company, especially focusing on its practical application in the particular company. The main aim is to analyse the communication environment and finally to draw practical conclusions and useful recommendations that would increase the efficiency of internal communication. The theoretical part presents the basic terms connected with communication in general, especially with internal communication. It offers an overview of the functions, goals and communication tools in the company. An inseparable part is the definition of the basic preconditions of effective communication and on the other hand conflicts caused by ineffective communication. The practical part contains the characteristic of a specific company. Furthermore, there is made an analysis of internal communication in the company which is based on a survey. Its result is an evaluation of local communication and a sketch of possible proposals and recommendations leading to more effective internal communication.
