[eng][cze] The demonstrated changes in the demographic structure of population fluctuations have implications on all fields of economic and social life, which include the tourism and hotel business. The above work is based on the question of how the hotel business will develop in the light of the looming demographic changes and how to react on it. For this purpose, the "older generation" was viewed from different perspectives and identifies what claims are laid on senior tourism and hospitality industry. In the context of a theoretical assumption of price elasticity, demand patterns under the condition currently being used by the target group average of about 900.00 Euro per trip was calculated. Similarly, the question was investigated, which services are made for this target group and how the market satisfies the desires of this target group and how they are taken into account. Here it was noticeable that, for example, the selected tour operators accounted at the time of the investigation, no offers for the target group 50+ and older in their catalogues. Although many offers approached the interests of the target group, the use of the services or memberships were bound, so the offer is not freely accessible to all buyers. Similarly, there are some so-called senior hotels that call themselves that way, but essentially they are not aligned to the specific target group and thus do not meet the requirements. A key finding of the study is that the emerging demand is very high at respective hotels for the target group, but not currently on the market it can not satisfactorily be fulfilled. Seniors are treated as an overall sophisticated tourist group, especially as regards the level of comfort and accommodation, the range of services and security at the resort. The most crucial factor is the provision of services that takes into account the special needs, i. e. often the age-related limitations, the older generation. Moreover, added the claim to a diverse range of programs, which includes the wide range of diverse inter-ests and the performance of the older traveller. Here, in particular an increased claim proves in the field of health maintenance and preventive health care and the growing interest in cultural education as the segments with growing potential. Although a wide range of tourism in the future for young people, business customers and individuals are needed in various areas, but the demand for senior citizens offers an even greater increase in the near future. If a holiday destination or a hotel operator explains in establishing and enhancing a senior-friendly tourism to his destination, then the offers described in this work pro-ject-oriented plot structure should help guide the achievement of the goal of the tour-ism market and the hotel business to analyze successfully in the future and to develop and expand. In summary, it should be noted that the chosen path, be retained as well as implemented and described the project needs, because it, albeit long, is already prov-ing to be successful. It is the upcoming change processes through the growing realiza-tion that demographic change can only be successful, if the needs of the older genera-tion are considered sustainable and the independence of this population can be main-tained as long as possible. This requires a rethinking on all parties influencing the market. As part of the previously existing studies on this subject and also in conversa-tions with those surveyed, it became clear that an isolated foray sporadic service will be little time to succeed. Future prospects are to be expected only when actions are created sustained, focused and an interdisciplinary area. This means that actors, service providers and experts must agree on certain goals and reach an agreement of the cho-sen strategies. This goal seems to show how even small advances in recent years are to be reached. In any case, already proving successful pioneers in this field, prove the importance of all parties concerned to further utilization of existing resources. Both the representatives of the economy and the growing population of "olders "even want to initiate a long overdue change and do not represent only short-term individual interests.Prokázané demografické změny věkové struktury populace ovlivňují veškeré hospodářské a společenské oblasti, do kterých zahrnujeme turismus a hotelové podnikání. Tato práce si proto kladla otázku, jak se hotelové podnikání bude dále vyvíjet při zohlednění rýsujících se demografických změn a jak lze na tento vývoj reagovat. Z tímto účelem byla "starší generace" analyzována z různých perspektiv a byly stanoveny požadavky kladené seniory na turismus a hoteliérství. V rámci teoretické akceptace cenové pružnosti byla zkoumána reakce poptávky při předpokládaném dodržení prostředků ve výši ca 900,00 Eur, která jsou v současné době vynaložena cílovou skupinou na jednu cestu. Rovněž byla zjišťována odpověď na otázku, které nabídky pro tuto cílovou skupinu již existují a jak trh splňuje resp. zohledňuje přání této cílové skupiny. Zde bylo mimo jiné konstatováno, že vybrané cestovní agentury v době provádění průzkumu postrádaly v katalozích nabídky pro cílovou skupinu 50+ a více. Ostatní nabízející svou nabídkou sice tuto cílovou skupinu oslovují, ovšem využití služeb je podmíněno členstvím. Tímto nabídka přestává být volně přístupná pro každého zájemce, a proto nemůže být začleněna v tomto průzkumu. Následně byly v rámci tohoto průzkumu nalezeny některé tzv. hotely pro seniory, které se však jen tak nazývaly. Služby těchto hotelů nejsou v jejich podstatě orientovány na tuto cílovou skupinu a tudíž nesplňují stanovené požadavky. Důležitý poznatek průzkumu je též skutečnost, že prokázaná poptávka po hotelech orientovaných na tuto cílovou skupinu je velmi vysoká, avšak v současné době není a ani nemůže být trhem dostatečně uspokojována; rovněž nejsou spatřovány ani první projevy vedoucí k jejímu uspokojení. Senioři jsou jako celek nároční klienti, zvlášť co se týče celkové úrovně a pohodlí, požadavků na ubytování, na paletu poskytovaných služeb a na bezpečnost v místě dovolené. Rozhodující faktor pro spokojenost zákazníka je nabídka servisních služeb. Tyto musí odpovídat speciálním požadavkům a rovněž musí respektovat různá omezení starší generace s ohledem na věk. Dále jsou zde nároky na pestrou programovou nabídku, která by respektovala jak rozličné zájmy, tak i rozdílné schopnosti starších cestovatelů. Zde byly jako segmenty s rostoucím potenciálem prokázány zejména zvýšené požadavky v oblasti zdravotní bezpečnosti a prevence, dále pak rostoucí zájem o kulturní vzdělávání. Hoteliéři proto stojí před úkolem adekvátně svou nabídku upravit a do budoucna ji změnit natolik, aby byla zaměřena na pro seniory specifické nároky. Široce rozvětvená nabídka bude sice zapotřebí i v budoucnu pro mladé lidi, pro firemní klientelu a pro individuální zákazníky v nejrůznějších oblastech turismu, avšak poptávka po nabídkách šitých na míru seniorům se nyní i v blízké budoucnosti nadměrně zvýší. Pokud turistický region nebo provozovatel hotelu prohlásí, že jejich cílem je etablování a intenzifikace turismu pro seniory, pak se postup jednání orientovaný na určitý projekt popsaný v této práci nabízí jako pomůcka k dosažení cíle, složeného z budoucí úspěšné analýzy, rozvoje a budování turistického trhu, resp. hotelového podnikání. Technická proveditelnost při realizaci popsaného projektu byla prokázána. Popsaný hotel dokázal poměrně rychle zvýšit stav svého obsazení. Shrnutím lze konstatovat, že započatý směr musí být dodržen, pokud má být zaručen dlouhodobý úspěch. Znamená to plynulé dokončení příslušných procesů změn, přičemž v takovém procesu musí být zohledněny získané poznatky. Demografická změna může být zdařile zvládnuta, pokud budou potřeby starší generace důsledně zohledňovány a pokud bude soběstačnost této skupiny obyvatelstva udržována po co nejdelší možnou dobu, což ovšem vyžaduje změnu myšlení všech skupin ovlivňujících tento trh. Z rámce stávajících průzkumů, vztahujících se na tuto tématiku, a i z rozhovorů s dotázanými seniory, jasně vyplynulo, že izolované iniciativy jednotlivých poskytovatelů služeb dlouhodobě odměněny úspěchem nebudou. Perspektivní budoucnost lze očekávat jen tehdy, pokud tyto akce budou vytvářeny důsledně, koncentrovaně a celoplošně. To znamená, že aktéři a poskytovatelé služeb, tak jako i odborníci, se budou muset sjednotit na určité cíle a vybrané strategie.
