Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou systému zlepšovacích návrhů ve vybrané výrobní firmě. Cílem této práce bylo nastudování teoretických poznatků z odborné literatury, jejich srovnání s praktickými postupy a implementace do systému zlepšovacích návrhů v uvedené firmě. Důraz byl kladen především na zjednodušení celého systému s ohledem na vlastní podávání zlepšovacích návrhů pracovníky a následné vyhodnocení jejich přijetí či nepřijetí. The bachelor thesis deals with the system of improvement proposals in a certain manufacturing firm. The aim of this thesis was to acquire theoretical knowledge from the professional literature, comparison with practical knowledge and its implementation into the system of improvement proposals in the given company. The emphasis was put on simplification of the whole system with main accent on submissions of improvement proposals by the workers and subsequent evaluation and decision on acceptance or rejection of the proposals.
