Vypracovaná bakalářská práce nejprve zkoumá teoreticky způsob výběru a zavedení informačního systému do podniku. Poté analyzuje aktuální stav ve vybrané společnosti a následně řeší problém podniku, který spočívá v nedokonalém pokrytí informačním systémem. Na základě stanovených požadavků v poslední části práce dochází k výběru vhodného informačního systému a jeho následné implementaci do podniku pro podporu finančního rozhodování a pro zefektivnění všech oblastí ve sledovaném podniku. Elaborate bachelor's thesis investigates at first theoretically way of selection and implementation information system into company. After it analyses current state in choice company and subsequently solves the problem of company, which consists in imperfect coverage by information system. In last part happens on the basis defined requests of this work to selection acceptable information system and to his resulting implementation into the company for the financial decision support and for streamline of all sections in monitored company.
