Předmětný příspěvek velmi otevřeným a komplexním způsobem pojednává problematiku dopravních nehod na křižovatkách řízených soustavou světelných signálů. Komplexnost tohoto typu dopravních nehod spočívá v nemalém přesahu dané problematiky také do oboru stavebního a dopravního inženýrství, automatizační techniky a práva. Proto také budou přiměřeným způsobem citovány výňatky příslušných právních ustanovení a technických norem. Znalec sice není oprávněn se vyjadřovat k právním otázkám, avšak autorovi nic nebrání svobodně se v rámci příspěvku zamyslet i nad mezioborovými souvislostmi. Příspěvek se zabývá mimo jiné také standardními režimy řízení i poruchovými stavy světelných signalizačních zařízení a prakticky ukazuje možnosti využití elektronicky zaregistrovaných údajů o činnosti světelných signalizačních zařízení (OCIT protokol, provozní, servisní a poruchový deník). Druhý blok této práce se zabývá především typologií, zkušenostmi, metodikou řešení, vyšetřováním a kazuistikou dopravních nehod na křižovatkách řízených soustavou světelných signálů. The present contribution a very open and inclusive manner, deals with the issue of traffic accidents at intersections controlled by a system of light signals. The complexity of this type of accidents is in considerable overlap of the issue also in the field of construction and traffic engineering, automation technology and law. Therefore be adequately cited excerpts of the relevant legal provisions and technical standards. Although the expert is not authorized to speak to the legal issues, but nothing prevents the author freely within the post ponder interdisciplinary contexts. The paper deals with, among others, the standard control modes and fault conditions of traffic lights and practically demonstrates the use of electronic data registered on the activities of traffic lights (OCIT protocol, operating, servicing and fault log).Unit II of this paper deals mainly with typologies, experience, methodology, solutions, investigations and case reports of accidents at intersections controlled by a system of light signals.
