Abstract: Práce analyzuje organizační architekturu Corinthia Towers Hotelu. Organizační architekturu dělí na čtyři prvky - účel existence podniku, stavební materiál, styl a nástroje řízení. Každý z těchto prvků je detailně rozebrán a hodnocen ve vztahu k efektivnímu chodu hotelu.
